Rediscovering the Provisioning Server

Admins can perform a Rediscover Provisioning Server action to clear all provisioning parameters and rediscover them through an automated provision discovery process. This action restarts the device but does not perform a factory reset.

To rediscover the provisioning server:

1.

Access the 'Debugging' page (see System Monitoring and Debugging).

2.

Tap Advanced, then Rediscover Provisioning Server. A confirmation prompt is displayed, indicating that this action will cause the device to reboot (but without erasing data except provisioning details).

3.

Select OK.
